BourbonAndWhisky.com is committed to making your shopping experience a pleasant one. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know, and we will work with you to make the situation right.
If any product is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please email us so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement. If you receive a bottle that is leaking, please contact our Customer Service team at order@bourbonandwhisky.com. Please note that extreme fluctuations in temperature may cause the cork or stopper to expand and contract, which can result in leakage in some bottles.
Return & Refund Policy
Shipping returns are determined on a per-order basis. Refunds will be issued for the product(s) only and do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
Note: Our standard return policy allows returns within 90 days of purchase. During the holiday season (November 12, 2026 – February 28, 2027), this return window is extended to 120 days to accommodate gifts and seasonal purchases.
